FITYANUL ISLAM CONSTITUTION FIRST AID GROUP OF FITYANUL ISLAM OF NIGERIA In response to the continued demand by the people of the Nigeria for humanitarian and voluntary services for their welfare, it became necessary to form this organization to take care of this need in pursuance of the dictates of the Holy Qur’an and behavioural habits of the sayings of the Holy prophet Muhammad (S.A.W) in the Hadith and activities of his companions.
